General Terms and Conditions of shagentur GmbH
“1st Symposium of the Structure Unit for ATMP development” on 19.11.2024.
These GTC apply to all agreements with participants (hereinafter referred to as participants) in the event.
1 Registration
Registrations must be made in writing or in electronic form using our respective registration form. Registration forms can be found digitally on our registration website [insert final web address] Registration reaches us digitally (by e-mail to: info@sh-agentur.com). The registration is in any case a booking request on your part, for the realization of the booking see no. 2. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. The person registering as shown on the registration form is also considered by us to be authorized to register.
2 Booking process, booking confirmation, contractual partner
The person registering is booked for the event as soon as they have been added to the participation list by shagentur GmbH. As a rule, we will send confirmation of the booking to the person registering within a few days. If the event is already fully booked, you will be notified promptly.
As part of the registration process, the person registering indicates their company/enterprise. This person becomes a contractual partner of shagentur GmbH. If no company details are provided, the participant him/herself becomes our contractual partner.
3 Event documents / copyright
Presentations and other presentations, expert statements by speakers, documents handed out and other content contain information or data protected by copyright. These are intended exclusively for your personal use. Any reproduction, even of extracts, as well as any reprinting and/or forwarding to third parties is only permitted with our express written consent.
